We offer safe shelter for young men and women ages 16 to 21 and case management and support through 22 years old as they gain skills needed to live independently. This program serves youth who are aging out of the foster care system or have no safe place to live as they move toward adulthood.

The Hope Center for Children is a certified sponsor site in the Teaching-Family Model, an evidence-based program that is proven to lead to positive behavioral changes for children and adults. The Teaching-Family Model is used in our Transitional Living program, with staff teaching and modeling sustainable life skills and thoughtful behaviors, leading to positive outcomes for the young men and women in our care.
