On January 9, Spartanburg Day School Interact Club hosted a “Warm Blanket Toss” during halftime of a boys’ basketball game, collecting blankets for the youth in our care. With recent cold weather impacting the community, the donated blankets have provided both warmth and comfort, and were met with excitement by our youth. There were so many fun options for our youth to choose from. Support from the Spartanburg Day School community was overwhelming, with many fans participating by tossing blankets onto the court in a strong show of generosity and school spirit.

We appreciate the continued support from the SDS Interact Club. They have helped us through volunteering at our Family Fun 5K in September as well as other events throughout the year, such as creating goodie bags for the youth during the holidays. We love working with SDS Interact Club and the partnership we have built with them.

Thank you SDS Interact Club and community!
