Spartanburg County Partners in Prevention announces entirely virtual Child Abuse Prevention and Sexual Assault Awareness Month campaign

April is National Child Abuse Prevention & Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This month and throughout the year, Partners in Prevention (Hope Center for Children, Safe Homes Rape Crisis Center, Children’s Advocacy Center, USC Upstate & United Way of the Piedmont), encourages all individuals and organizations to play a role in making Spartanburg County a better place for children and families. In light of social distancing, the Partners in Prevention will move the annual celebration to an online format. The group hopes that by providing virtual resources, more community members will become advocates for preventing child abuse, neglect, and sexual assault.  Read the full press release here.
