Hope Center for Children’s “The Art of Hope: Through the Eyes of a Child” exhibit is an initiative to showcase the impactful art created by some of our residents, all of whom have faced the trauma of neglect and abuse. Art in this case can often serve as a medium for children to work through their experiences, understand their emotions, and communicate what may be difficult to express verbally.

The event debuts at Ridge Gallery on Giving Tuesday – November 28th, 2023, with showings on November 30th and December 1st as well, all from 4-8 p.m. HCFC will also be a part of Brew Good at FR8yard on Giving Tuesday. Stop by and see us there, then walk across the street to the gallery! This exhibit is a wonderful opportunity for the community to appreciate these creative works and to learn about the vital work being done by Hope Center for Children to provide youth with a safe haven and empower them to heal, learn, and eventually thrive.

Located at 146 C Main St, Spartanburg, Ridge Gallery is the perfect setting to display the art created by these resilient children. The exhibit will serve as a poignant reminder of the power of art and Hope Center for Children’s invaluable work in the community.

It’s an event not to be missed, providing an inspiring and insightful experience for all attendees while supporting a noble cause.
