2024 Community-Based Program Outcomes:
Triple P (Positive Parenting Program):
- 830 children served
- 652 families served
- 97% of participants completed services and of those, 100% reported they don’t lose control.
This program is in partnership with Hello Family and offers group seminars, discussion groups, and one-on-one intensive support, with both in-person and virtual options available.
Family Resource Connection & Preservation Services (FRCPS):
- 85 youth served
- 76 families served
- 100% of families who completed services in our FRCPS program reduced risk factors that lead to child maltreatment.
FRCPS clients are referred through SC Department of Social Services.
Therapy Services (Clinical Support Services):
- 7 youth served
- 10 families served
- 100% of clients understood the implications of their trauma and remained stable in the community.
This program serves the community at an off-site office and serves HCFC residential youth on-campus.
2024 Residential Program Outcomes:
Transitional Living Program:
(Homeless youth ages 16-22)
- 9 youth served
- 100% of youth improved their life skills.
- 100% had safe housing at discharge.
- 100% were connected with a primary care doctor.
Faucette House:
(Group home licensed for boys and girls ages birth-19, typically serves ages 11-18)
- 11 youth served
- 100% attended school regularly
- 100% had regular visits with appropriate family
Anchor House:
(Group home for youth ages 11-19)
- 21 youth served
- 100% showed academic improvement
- 100% showed improvement in life skills
